智通财经APP讯，高视医疗(02407)发布公告，高视医疗科技有限公司获高铁塔先生(本公司控股股东、执行董事兼董事会主席)通知，其全资拥有公司GAUSH HOLDING Ltd(赠与人或GT HoldCo)已 于2026年6月1日与Godax Ltd(Godax)及Kleido Limited(Kleido，连同Godax统称受赠人)订立赠与契据，据此，赠与人将向受赠人转让3172.19万股每股面值0.0001美元的本公司股份，占本公司已发行股本总额约21.45%。
其中包括：(i)向Godax转让732.05万股股份，占本公司已发行股本总额约4.95%;及(ii)向Kleido转让2440.15万股股份，占本公司已发行股本总额约16.50%。
Godax最终由高金塔先生全资拥有，而高金塔先生为高铁塔先生的胞哥;Kleido最终由高然先生全资拥有，而高然先生为高铁塔先生的子。股份转让的目的主要为于家族成员的间重新分配家族资产，并加强家族对本集团未来繁荣发展的共同承诺。
