Lifecore Biomedical (LFCR) said Tuesday it has signed a manufacturing services agreement with an undisclosed provider of ophthalmic disease management solutions.
Under the terms of the deal, Lifecore Biomedical will perform process development and technical transfer services to support the anticipated commercial manufacturing upon regulatory approval, the company said.
Financial details related to the agreement were not provided.
