消息面上，据万咖壹联官微消息，本公司获悉，董事会主席、执行董事及主要股东高弟男，通过其全资控股的Wanka Media Limited已连续十个交易日增持本公司股份。5月29日，高弟男增持82.4万股，耗资约109.95万港元；十个交易日合计增持914.2万股，总金额约1190.35万港元。
值得一提的是，据证券时报报道，受Okta和Snowflake强劲业绩的推动，美股软件股上周大幅飙升。推动本轮反弹的核心逻辑在于，华尔街开始重新审视软件行业，尤其是与人工智能深度绑定的企业。国海证券此前指出，万咖壹联是国内领先的自研AI广告平台与移动游戏分发龙头企业，已在游戏联运等领域积累成熟经验，以AI赋能营销效率提升，并拓展出海空间，有望在应用商店广告、AI手机营销Agent等细分赛道获得领先优势。
