REalloy Shares Rise After Addition to Russell 3000 Index

REalloy shares climbed after the company was added to the Russell 3000 index.

The stock gained 20% to $11.08 in late morning trading on Monday. Shares have gained 35% this year.

The rare earth mining company will officially be added to the index on June 29.

The Russell 3000 index captures up to the 4,000 biggest U.S. stocks as of April 30, ranked by total market capitalization. The ranking remains in place for the first half of the year.

The indexes are used by investment managers and institutional investors for index funds and benchmarks.
