6月2日，中国电信（601728/00728）发布公告，控股子公司国盾量子拟与关联方中电信量子企业管理和电信投资等共同出资设立“中电信量子产业创业投资基金（有限合伙）”。

　　该基金认缴规模为15亿元，其中国盾量子的出资额为3亿元，出资比例为20%。具体如下：

　　中电信量子企业管理、电信投资均为公司控股股东中国电信集团有限公司的下属子公司，本次共同投资事项构成关联交易，该基金尚处于筹备阶段，具体设立和投资运营的时间存在不确定性。

　　2026年一季度，中国电信实现收入1313.94亿元，归母净利润73.50亿元。
