消息面上，6月3日早，科创50指数大涨近5%，澜起科技、芯原股份、寒武纪等芯片产业链概念股走强。隔夜费城半导体指数大涨5.87%，盘中再度刷新历史高点。业内机构最新研究报告指出，受惠于AI产业爆发性增长，预估到2030年，全球半导体产业总产值将上看1.5万亿美元。据悉，南方科创板50为首只在港交所上市的追踪科创板50指数的ETF。就权重股来看，大部分处于当下热门的半导体行业，包括中芯国际、海光信息、中微公司、澜起科技等。
