金吾财讯 | 英国石油公司（BP）启动大型油气资源商业化新进程，公司正式在阿塞拜疆ACG近海油田投产非伴生气业务。依托西奇拉格平台完成首口非伴生气井钻探，标志着该油田非伴生气资源开发正式落地。BP披露，ACG油田非伴生气可采储量达4万亿立方英尺，潜在储量最高可达6万亿立方英尺。
该油田历经近三十年石油开采，仍具备持续价值释放空间，是全球核心大型产油油田之一，本次气资源商业化开发进一步盘活存量资产潜力。
与此同时，BP推进海外资产结构调整，已敲定将澳大利亚布劳斯液化天然气项目5%股份出售给韩国GS Energy，交易财务细节未对外披露。交易完成后，BP持股降至39.33%。该项目总投资487亿澳元，为澳大利亚重点天然气开发项目，目前尚未取得环境审批，存在相关开发不确定性。
