消息面上，近日，快手拟分拆可灵AI独立上市，目标估值约200亿美元。快手董事长、CEO程一笑在一季度业绩电话会上介绍，期内可灵AI营业收入超过6.5亿元，同比增长超300%；2026年3月，可灵AI的年化收入运行率ARR近5亿美元。
摩根士丹利指出，可灵AI的ARR在3月已达到5亿美元，远超该行此前预期的3.8亿美元，因此将2026年底的ARR预测从8.6亿美元直接上调至10亿美元。高盛也认为，可灵AI的ARR有望在年底达到10亿美元，并强调"可灵的增长势头远超预期，尽管来自竞品的竞争在年初有所加剧，但可灵依然保持了领先的模型能力"。
