智通财经APP讯，阅文集团(00772)发布公告，本公司的一家附属公司(该附属公司)根据税务局的通知就其与新疆霍尔果斯附属公司相关的涉税风险开展了自查。经自查并与主管税务机关沟通确认，该附属公司需补缴2020年至2022年企业所得税税款及滞纳金(该等税款)合计约人民币3亿元，该事项不涉及行政处罚。
本公司对上述事项高度重视，截至本公告日期，该附属公司已完成该等税款缴纳。该等税款将计入本公司2026年当期损益，预计将减少本公司权益持有人应占盈利约人民币3亿元。本公司将根据有关会计准则的要求及实际情况对上述事项进行相应的会计处理，最终会计处理及影响金额以本公司独立核数师确认后的结果为准。
