消息面上，小马智行近期发布2026年第一季度财报，一季度总营收2.36亿元，同比增长145%；毛利润3836万元，同比增长140.1%。Robotaxi业务创下单季收入新高达5912万元，同比增长395.4%，超过去年业务收入一半。基于一季度的强劲表现，公司上调2026年Robotaxi业务目标：预计全年Robotaxi收入达到2025年水平的3.5倍以上，车队规模超3500辆。另据华泰证券研报，小马智行同股不同权公司需满足上市时间要求，或于6月4日纳入港股通。
