智通财经APP讯，泰格医药(300347.SZ)发布公告，公司拟通过杭州泰格股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(简称“投资主体”)参与投资上海三生医药私募投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)(简称“合伙企业”或“基金”)。合伙企业首期拟认缴出资总额为9.5亿元，投资主体将作为该合伙企业的有限合伙人(LP)以其自有资金认缴出资2亿元。
合伙企业投资方向聚焦于创新药物及高端制剂、高端医疗器械、生物技术、高端制药装备等领域。公司此次发起设立产业基金，可以结合公司在生物健康领域的专业优势，拓展公司投资渠道，获取投资收益。同时该合作模式也将帮助公司提升综合服务能力，发展优质项目储备。
