消息面上，英伟达宣布进军Windows系统个人电脑市场，将运行基于Arm的微软Windows系统。分析指出，英伟达过去主要被定价为数据中心GPU龙头，但如果其AI算力能力进一步下沉到PC设备，Arm作为底层架构授权方，受益路径最直接。 此前市场已经在重估Arm在服务器CPU和AI基础设施中的价值，这次英伟达切入PC市场，相当于给“Arm生态扩散”增加了新的应用场景。
评级方面，巴克莱银行分析师维持Arm Holdings买入评级，并将目标价从250美元上调至360美元。
