具体标的层面，蒙特利尔银行凭借美国贷款业务扩张潜力、净资产收益率及盈利增长空间，评级从行业持平上调至跑赢同业。加拿大帝国商业银行评级由跑赢同业降至行业持平，原因在于其领先势头或将放缓，叠加净息差提升空间收窄、资本市场业务承压及本土贷款敞口较高等因素。此外，加拿大国家银行被视作区域大行中的优先标的。
