南方财经6月1日电，天眼查App显示，近日，重庆蓝电科技有限公司发生工商变更，企业名称变更为重庆赛豆科技有限公司，新增宁德时代旗下宁波梅山保税港区问鼎投资有限公司、星宇股份（601799）等为股东，同时，注册资本由3.2亿人民币增至9.71亿人民币，增幅约203%。该公司成立于今年4月，法定代表人为李博，经营范围包括第二类增值电信业务、互联网信息服务、在线数据处理与交易处理业务等，现由赛力斯汽车（湖北）有限公司及上述新增股东共同持股。
