消息面上，Workday 于开发者技术峰会发布多款 AI 与云协作产品，新品集中落地于 Workday Build 开发平台，围绕 AI 代理上线三类核心工具，赋能企业自研人事、财务场景智能化应用。
开发者代理支持自然语言快速搭建 AI 程序，代理就绪工具依托 MCP 协议在合规框架内调取企业经营数据；首发合作方思科依托 AI Defense，为 Agent Passport 安全认证体系提供第三方风控检测，该认证可筛查提示注入、数据泄露等多项高危漏洞，产品 2026 下半年开启内测、年末全面商用。
除此之外，Workday 数据云完成与 AWS 互联互通，实现两边数据双向无副本互通，省去定制化数据链路开发成本，Data Lake、Data Connect 等产品同步开启 AWS 客户抢先体验。市场或担忧产品短期兑现业绩有限，利好落地未改变资金减持节奏。
