受美国港口认证库存大幅下降引发的短期供应趋紧预期驱动，纽约可可期货价格2日录得五个交易日以来的首次上涨。盘中主力合约一度暴涨7.8%，伦敦市场可可期货亦同步录得显著涨幅。

　　洲际交易所（ICE）公布的最新数据显示，截至本周一，美国港口经过认证的可可库存总量已跌破29万袋关口，较上周五的数据骤降超过50%。由于该项库存直接反映了可用于期货合约到期交割的受监管实物供应规模，此番库存“腰斩”随即引发多方资金对交割标的短缺的普遍担忧，国际市场可可买盘因此全面喷发。

　　受此影响，截至纽约时间当日上午8时52分，纽约市场成交最活跃的可可期货合约大涨7.1%，报每吨4171美元，盘中最高触及7.8%的涨幅；伦敦可可期货亦录得6.9%的显著涨幅，报每英镑3169英镑，盘中最高触及7.3%。相比之下，当天纽约糖价则呈现小幅走低态势。

　　大宗商品分析人士表示，港口实物库存的急剧流失，凸显了当前全球可可供应链在物流和源头供应上面临的阶段性瓶颈。随着主要产区减产预期持续发酵以及交割临近，库存水平的超预期下滑将在短期内继续对国际可可价格形成强力支撑，全球巧克力及相关食品制造企业的原材料成本压力恐将进一步加剧。
