　　Seaport Therapeutics总部位于马萨诸塞州波士顿，于2024年成立，2026年5月1日在纳斯达克完成IPO上市，股票代码为SPTX。公司通过超额认购的IPO以每股18美元的价格融资约2.55亿美元，处于推介区间的上限位置。

　　Seaport的核心技术是其专有的Glyph平台，该平台通过靶向淋巴系统绕过首过代谢，旨在提高口服生物利用度并减少肝脏相关副作用。公司的领先候选药物SPT-300是别孕烷醇酮的口服前体药物，用于治疗重度抑郁症；另一候选药物SPT-320则针对广泛性焦虑障碍。

　　据公司介绍，现有现金及IPO募集资金预计可支持公司运营至2029年。此次参与两大投资者会议，Seaport将向投资界分享其在神经精神药物研发领域的最新进展与战略规划。
