消息面上，Wise对外确认，公司正配合比利时布鲁塞尔检察官办公室开展相关调查。据调查新闻局披露，检方核心关切为平台账户是否被不法分子利用，清洗诈骗、毒品贩运及腐败相关非法资金。
Wise Group回应称，本次相关调查仍在推进阶段，暂无官方调查结论落地，同时强调本次调查不代表公司存在反洗钱合规违规及经营不当行为。
本次风波为公司再度出现的合规类事件，本次涉案可疑资金规模达5亿欧元。市场层面认为，若后续调查出具不利结果，Wise或将面临刑事起诉、高额罚款等处罚，该风险因素也直接引发公司盘前股价大幅下行。
