新浪科技讯 6月3日下午消息，千问App宣布将向第三方Agent、Skill全面开放，所有企业均可在千问运营自己的品牌Agent。目前，瑞幸、肯德基、蜜雪冰城、东方航空等首批企业正在千问进行Agent服务测试，并将陆续上线。
未来，企业可以在千问App中运营自己的Agent，自定义Agent人设与服务边界，以对话的形式为用户提供各种形式的产品服务。同时，Agent具备记忆与主动规划能力，可在特定场景下主动提供服务，如行程提醒、权益到期、复购推荐等。（文猛）
