凤凰网科技讯 6月3日，2026 SAP中国峰会在北京召开。SAP首次面向中国市场提出“自主运营企业”战略愿景，旨在让AI深度融入企业流程、数据与治理体系，推动企业从“人工驱动流程”转向“AI驱动业务结果”。
据SAP介绍，目前已在财务、供应链、采购、人力资源、客户体验等核心业务领域部署了224个AI智能体与51个业务助手，覆盖端到端业务流程，可主动识别异常、分析根因并触发流程处理。
为实现这一战略，SAP构建了商业AI平台，整合业务技术云、业务数据云与商业AI能力，并推出Joule Studio 2.0及AI Agent Hub用于智能体开发与统一治理。同时，SAP宣布启动“AI奇点启航计划”，通过联合工作坊在2至4周内完成AI场景原型验证。
会上，SAP与阿里云宣布合作，结合阿里云AI全栈技术与SAP业务语义能力，共同构建企业级AI体系。IBM与SAP联合发布《云上共识，安全致远》白皮书。三一集团、联想集团、曼森集团等企业分享了其AI与数字化融合实践。
