路透布鲁塞尔6月3日 - 欧洲第二高等法院周三支持Meta Platforms公司就其Marketplace平台被认定为欧盟规则下的“守门人”所提起的诉讼，但驳回了其针对其即时通讯应用Messenger被作相同认定的异议。
欧盟普通法院表示：“就Marketplace而言，该裁决在理由说明方面未满足要求，因为它既未能让Meta理解其被归类为‘作为在线中介服务的核心平台服务’的理由，也未能让欧盟法院行使审查权。”
此前，欧盟委员会表示，这两项服务均符合《数字市场法》规定的定量标准，是企业接触用户的关键入口，Meta随后向位于卢森堡的欧盟法院提起上诉。
《数字市场法》列出了相关规定，旨在遏制科技巨头的权力，并为竞争对手创造公平的竞争环境。
