　　摩根大通CEO戴蒙警告，美国大型银行不会接受现行版本的数字资产市场清晰法案（Clarity Act），并誓言大型银行将对目前正在国会审议的加密货币市场法案展开反击。该法案旨在填补数位资产产业监管上的漏洞。戴蒙还主张，Coinbase等加密货币平台应受到与银行相同等级的监管。Coinbase等平台目前向美元挂钩稳定币持有人提供约3.5%报酬率，远高于银行支票账户近乎零的利率水平。银行业者认为，这类支付在经济本质上与存款利息并无差异，可能导致大量资金从银行体系流向加密货币平台，使社区银行失去向地方企业提供贷款的资金来源。
