消息面上，近日英国和美国陆续宣布HFCs（三代制冷剂）等含氟气体使用配额削减计划推迟，HFCs淘汰降碳节奏整体放缓，主要因为HFCs价格上行导致制冷剂产业链运行成本上升等因素。东方证券指，配额驱动三代制冷剂，供给刚性，需求端制冷设备保持增长，英美放宽三代制冷剂管控边际延长其需求周期，看好三代制冷剂景气上行，配额份额居前企业有望受益，看好板块中长期配置价值。
另据氟务在线，现阶段制冷剂基本面企业控价意愿强、行业默契意识依旧，工厂库存水位中等，无集中抛售压力。美国、英国相继推迟削减HFCs淘汰进程，对国内形成利好支撑，后续随气温持续升高、海内外补库需求逐步释放，制冷剂整体市场有望逐步回暖。
