伯克希尔哈撒韦公司（Berkshire Hathaway）周日同意以68亿美元现金收购住宅建筑商Taylor Morrison Home Corp．。

　　伯克希尔哈撒韦将以每股72.50美元的价格收购这家总部位于亚利桑那州斯科茨代尔（Scottsdale）的住宅开发商，该价格较Taylor Morrison上周五收盘价58.50美元溢价24%。

　　今年1月，格雷格．阿贝尔（Greg Abel）接替沃伦．巴菲特出任伯克希尔哈撒韦公司首席执行官，这笔交易正是他履新后的首批大动作之一。阿贝尔曾承诺，将坚守那些让公司独树一帜的特质：既有的文化与价值观、占据主导地位的保险业务、由非相关业务组成的庞大企业集团，以及由首席执行官亲自掌舵的股票投资组合。

　　今年第一季度，伯克希尔哈撒韦还新建了达美航空的头寸，价值达26亿美元。

　　伯克希尔哈撒韦在住房产业涉足已久，旗下不仅拥有一家大型住宅房地产经纪公司，近年来也一直持有住宅建筑商的股份。
