消息面上，6月1日，宜明昂科宣布，公司自主研发的VEGF×PD-L1双靶点药物珀维拉芙普α（IMM2510）在2026年美国临床肿瘤学会（ASCO）年会上正式公布了其I期临床研究数据（摘要号：8580）。数据显示，IMM2510在经免疫治疗（IO）进展的晚期肺鳞癌患者中，不仅疗效显著，更展现出区别于同类产品的优异安全性。公司指，基于I期研究展现出的积极数据及暴露-效应分析结果，研究已确定20mg/kg Q2W为II期推荐剂量（RP2D），后续III期临床研究正在计划中。
