智通财经APP获悉，瑞声科技(02018)盘中涨近7%，截至发稿，涨4.55%，报48.3港元，成交额4.81亿港元。
消息面上，瑞声科技官方宣布，近日，公司基于MEMS压电薄膜关键技术的CoolFan系列主动散热芯片产品，已完成研发试制，进入小批量试产阶段，预计2027年初实现大批量量产出货。该产品可广泛应用于AI手机、智能手表、XR眼镜及各类AI智能终端场景。
光大证券发布研报称，瑞声科技是北美大客户声学、马达、散热、MEMS麦克风等产品的核心供应商，北美大客户凭借高端机型定位、强大的供应链管理能力，受存储涨价影响可控，公司相关业务盈利能力具备较强韧性；同时26-27年各产品线具备诸多亮点。此外，公司收购远地科技切入AI算力中心液冷赛道。
