金吾财讯 | 据港交所6月1日文件，PT MERDEKA GOLD RESOURCES Tbk（MGR）通过港交所主板上市聆讯，瑞银集团、中信证券担任联席保荐人。公司为印尼证交所上市黄金开采商，是亚洲顶尖纯黄金生产商，核心资产Pani金矿为印尼最大原生金矿，预计2030年产量跻身亚洲前二大原生金矿之列。公司为印尼矿业集团MCG控股附属公司，MCG持有其约63.33%股权，MCG已在印尼证交所上市，拥有大型低成本矿山运营经验。根据聆讯后资料数据，2023-2025年公司收入分别为139.4万、175万、13万美元，同期净亏损683.7万、1270万、2749.4万美元。2026年2月Pani金矿实现首次黄金生产。本次募资拟用于Pani金矿开发运营、勘探增储、偿还债务及补充营运资金等。
