ChainCatcher 消息，稳定币支付基础设施平台 OpenPayd 宣布与特殊目的收购公司（SPAC）Titan Acquisition Corp. 达成最终业务合并协议。交易完成后，OpenPayd 将以股票代码 “OP” 在纳斯达克上市，合并后企业估值约为 11.45 亿美元。OpenPayd 目前提供稳定币交易服务，其客户包括 eToro、Kraken、OKX 等。据悉，若 Titan 股东不赎回股份，OpenPayd 预计将获得最高 2.76 亿美元融资，用于加强资产负债表、扩展金融基础设施能力。
