近日，甘肃省白银市政府印发了《白银市国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划纲要》（以下简称《规划纲要》），行业多项工作被纳入其中。
《规划纲要》明确，加快邮政设施建设，促进行业高效能治理，提升服务水平。完善农产品流通网络，建设农产品冷链物流基地、产地冷链集配中心、产地综合服务平台。健全县乡村商业网络体系和农村物流配送网络，培育发展“电商+产地仓+寄递物流”的农村电商产业体系。持续深化供销改革，拓展“供邮合作”功能，打造一批供邮合作综合服务社，促进基层供销社与农村集体经济组织融合发展。加快建设供需适配、内外联通、安全高效、智慧绿色的现代城乡物流体系，优化物流仓储设施布局，推进物流数字基础设施建设和升级改造。重点建设银东电商快递物流园、平川现代综合物流园和白银枢纽物流大数据及智慧供应链平台项目。构建城区1小时配送圈，完善城市末端配送网点与站点。完善县级物流集散中心，加快智能化、绿色化快递处理中心建设，加强县乡村三级物流服务站点布局。
