The Shanghai Stock Exchange's Listing Review Committee has approved the initial public offering of Unitree Robotics, which specializes in embodied intelligence and robotics, according to a Monday filing with the bourse.
The company filed its IPO application in March, seeking to raise up to 4.2 billion yuan for research and development of intelligent robot models and hardware, the rollout of new intelligent robot products, and the construction of a manufacturing base.
