智通财经APP获悉，博泰车联(02889)尾盘涨超7%，截至发稿，涨6.05%，报228港元，成交额2.97亿港元。
消息面上，博泰车联近日宣布，拟联合平安资本收购一家高性能通信芯片设计企业。目标公司采用Fabless经营模式，主要从事高速光电芯片、高性能模拟芯片等及模块之研发、设计及销售。值得关注的是，目标公司所处的光电芯片领域，正站在AI算力基础设施与智能汽车通信架构升级的交汇点。
博泰车联在公告中表示，本次拟议交易旨在推动本公司向上游芯片领域作战略性延伸。若交易得以落实，公司将把目标公司在光电芯片、光模块及头部客户资源等方面的核心能力纳入体系，进一步强化“软硬芯云”一体化战略，促进公司形成“智能汽车解决方案+高性能通信芯片”的复合型产业布局。
