越南国家银行（央行）副行长范青河（Pham Thanh Ha）近日接受官方媒体采访时表示，鉴于当前货币政策空间受限，越南将更加倾向于实施定向扩张性财政政策，使其真正成为推动高质、可持续经济增长的重要支柱。他强调，越南绝不会为了追求短期的高速经济增长而牺牲宏观经济的稳定性。
范青河指出，越南央行在维护宏观经济稳定、控制通胀方面始终保持政策的连贯性。受近期中东地区局势及伊朗冲突等外部因素波及，越南5月份通胀有所加剧，贸易逆差也扩大至历史高位。面对复杂的外部环境，越南今年确定的国内生产总值（GDP）增长目标为至少10%，并将全年通胀率控制目标设定在4.5%以内。
在信贷投放方面，范青河介绍称，截至今年4月21日，越南银行业总贷款额较去年底增长了3.83%。尽管越南经济增长在一定程度上依赖信贷扩张，但为防范宏观经济风险，越南央行已将今年的信贷增长目标科学审慎地设定为15%。
