诺和诺德（Novo Nordisk）表示，其减肥口服药维秀美（Wegovy）自1月初上市以来，处方量已超过300万份。

　　这家丹麦制药商周日晚间表示，该口服药在美国药店和在线供应商上架12周后，处方量达到100万份，并在随后的10周内又开出了200万份处方。

　　维秀美口服药超过80%的新处方是开给首次使用GLP-1类药物的患者。该公司表示，这表明新的口服剂型正在扩大肥胖症治疗市场，而不是取代现有的注射疗法。

　　在最初于美国推出维秀美口服药后，诺和诺德上周宣布该药物在阿联酋上市，并表示正准备在今年下半年进行更多地区的上市。

　　该制药商近期还推出了一款更高剂量的维秀美减肥注射剂，并称该药在上市初期也显示出强劲的需求。

　　Wegovy HD是一种每周注射一次的针剂，含有7.2毫克的活性成分司美格鲁肽（semaglutide）。该公司曾表示，这是迄今为止所有维秀美注射剂中减重效果最强的。

　　在Wegovy HD推出之前，可用的最高注射剂量是2.4毫克的司美格鲁肽。
