智通财经APP获悉，墨西哥勘探阶段白银矿商Sinda上周五向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交文件，计划通过首次公开募股(IPO)募集最多1亿美元资金。该公司计划在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为“SIND”。
Sinda成立于2012年，是一家在墨西哥瓜纳华托州开展业务、处于勘探阶段的白银矿业公司。迄今为止，其业务主要包括对Sinda矿区进行勘探钻探和地质评估。该矿区已确认矿化带总延伸长度约为182公里。在自然资源投资公司The Electrum Group的支持下，该公司目前尚未制定矿山开发计划，也尚未开始生产。公司目前尚未产生任何收入，并一直依赖其发起股东提供资金来支持勘探活动。
