智通财经APP讯，中国置业投资(00736)发布公告，本公司与中标诚(上海)科技有限公司(中标诚)于2026年6月8日(交易结束后)签署了一份不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录(备忘录)，就双方在人工智能(AI)相关业务发展方面可能开展的合作(可能合作)达成协议。
根据本谅解备忘录，本公司与中标诚同意就现有及未来在产品和业务(包括但不限于人工智能客户管理、企业人工智能应用及人工智能开发)方面的业务合作可行性进行深入研究。可能的合作须以最终协议的签署为准。
鉴于人工智能的快速发展，预计本集团可透过本谅解备忘录探索并可能涉足人工智能相关业务，若合作得以实现，则可为本集团带来额外收入来源。 因此，董事会认为订立本谅解备忘录符合本公司及其全体股东的利益。
