智通财经APP讯，泉峰控股(02285)发布公告，本公司拟自2026年6月8日起至2026年12月31日止(包括首尾两天)期间实施一项股份购回计划，本公司可购回总价值最高达1.5亿港元的本公司普通股。股份购回计划将通过行使董事会根据本公司股东于 2026年5月18日举行的股东周年大会上授予的购回股份的现有一般授权(2026年股份购回授权)项下的权力予以实施。
本公司的财务状况维持稳健。董事会相信，股份购回计划反映本公司对其长期业务前景及增长潜力的信心。此外，本公司相信，通过实施股份购回计划积极优化其资本架构，预计会提高其每股盈利、每股资产净值及股东回报。
