ChainCatcher 消息，当地时间 6 月 5 日，英国高等法院就钱志敏案相关资产处置举行程序性听证。围绕约 6 万枚比特币等涉案资产，目前有约 1.6 万名中国受害者通过多家英国律师事务所登记，参与英国《犯罪所得法》项下的民事追索程序。相关登记窗口已于 5 月 22 日截止。
此次听证的一个重要议题为多家律师事务所之间如何分摊共同诉讼费用。法官最终决定各律所按其代表的受害者人数比例，将 19 万英镑对应份额先行付入法院账户，截止时间为 6 月 26 日下午 4 时。判断中国受害者能否主张涉案资产归自己所有的“法律适用问题”将于 7 月举行专门听证。
