智通财经APP讯，汇量科技(01860)发布公告，本公司接获PAGAC III Munich Holding(Cayman) Limited将可转换债券本金额3000万美元及累计未偿还利息391.75万美元的债券按照每股换股股份5.54港元进行转换的通知。截至2026年6月2日，本公司已根据该转换完成配发及发行4746万股换股股份，该等换股股份在所有方面彼此的间与所有其他现有已发行股份享有同等地位，该转换完成后，本公司已无尚未行使的可转换债券。
于该转换完成及于本公告日期，本公司已发行股份数目已增加至16.22亿股，且换股股份占本公司经配发及发行换股股份前的已发行股份数目约3.01%，及占本公司经配发及发行换股股份扩大后的已发行股份数目约2.93%。
