智通财经APP讯，寒锐钴业(300618.SZ)发布公告，公司拟通过全资子公司赣州寒锐新能源科技有限公司在江西省赣州市投资建设“年产4万吨电积镍及4万吨(镍金属量)电池级硫酸镍项目”，项目总投资为20.03亿元，项目资金为公司自有资金或自筹资金。
随着公司位于印尼的镍资源冶炼基地建成投产，未来此次投资项目原材料部分将通过印尼基地直接供应，实现将业务从上游镍原料向下游高纯度电积镍、硫酸镍等精炼产品延伸，实现镍产业链从资源到材料的生态闭环，从而进一步完善公司“钴—铜—镍”一体化产业链战略布局，项目的建设符合公司布局镍资源的战略定位，有利于公司完善主营业务产业链，提升公司盈利能力和可持续发展能力，增厚公司效益、保障股东权益。
