智通财经APP获悉，佑驾创新(02431)尾盘飙升逾25%，截至发稿，涨28.91%，报12.35港元，成交额3.26亿港元。
消息面上，佑驾创新发布公告，宣布收购中通快递旗下全资附属公司——西安通图科技有限公司50%股权，总对价2500万元人民币。其中2000万元以向中通快递发行对价股份的方式支付，交易完成后，通图科技将成为佑驾创新的非全资附属公司，中通快递将成为佑驾创新的战略股东。
据公告，佑驾创新董事会认为，本次收购是公司通过中通快递成熟的物流生态系统加速L4自动驾驶技术商业化的战略机遇。双方将根据底层技术的成熟度及当前市场需求，逐步推进无人车运营的规模化部署以及共建行业生态系统，以实现互利共赢。
