6月6日，中国证券投资基金业协会第四届会员代表大会在京隆重召开，大会选举产生协会第四届会员理事、监事，宣布证监会委派的非会员理事。第四届理事会成员共66人（其中非会员理事6人、会员理事60人），监事会成员13人。
大会期间，第四届理监事会第一次会议选举产生协会第四届负责人。专职负责人方面，施真强当选执行副会长；付惟龙、张彦斌、高天红当选专职副会长，买小青当选秘书长，决定卜敏为副秘书长。兼职负责人方面，刘晓艳当选会长；马向晖、王曙光、左丁、刘彤、李一梅、李俊杰、张志洲、陈戈、经雷、赵军、赵桂才、黄杰、康乐、鲁伟铭、雷军、谭晓冈、戴敏敏当选兼职副会长；刘伟当选监事长，陈颖钰当选副监事长。
