该媒体认为本轮下跌的直接触发因素，来自 Michael Saylor 创办的 Strategy 出售少量比特币持仓。
消息打击市场情绪，并引发数亿美元级别的强制平仓，进一步放大下行压力。
受此影响，Strategy 股价虽然收窄盘中跌幅，但当天仍下跌 6.9%，全周累计下跌 24%，创 2022 年 11 月以来最差单周表现。
政策预期降温，也削弱了市场对比特币的信心。原本被视为潜在催化剂的加密市场结构法案 Clarity Act，因立法优先级变化和议员分歧加大，落地时间被继续推后。在缺乏新增利好的情况下，比特币更容易受到资金流向和情绪波动影响。
