智东西6月6日消息，据《福布斯》今日报道，瑞典明星AI氛围编程创企Lovable正在洽谈融资，估值将达到120亿美元（约合人民币812亿元）。四位消息人士透露，新资金注入将使Lovable的估值几乎翻番，高于去年12月的66亿美元（约合人民币447亿元）。
此轮融资尚未最终确定，估值仍有可能发生变化。
Lovable成立于2023年，2025年12月宣布完成3.3亿美元（约合人民币22.3亿元）B轮融资，累计融资额达5.5亿美元（约合人民币37.2亿元），估值达66亿美元（约合人民币447亿元）。
2025年年底，据《福布斯》估计，Lovable联合创始人安东·奥西卡（35岁，出生于1990年）和法比安·赫丁（26岁，出生于1999年）分别持有公司约24%的股份，净资产约为16亿美元（约合人民币108亿元）。赫丁成为欧洲最年轻的白手起家亿万富翁之一。
2025年7月，Lovable成为史上增长速度最快的软件初创公司，其产品自2024年11月上线起，在短短8个月内实现了1亿美元的年度经常性收入（ARR）。今年2月，Lovable的ARR突破4亿美元。
如今，从爱好者到企业家，已有800万人使用Lovable将他们的想法转化为可运行的软件，而无需编写代码。
Uber、HubSpot和微软等企业团队也在使用Lovable的软件，不过Lovable企业客户贡献的ARR仅为2000万美元。
