ChainCatcher 消息，据 Globenewswire 报道，纳斯达克上市比特币矿企 Keel Infrastructure（原 Bitfarms）宣布拟通过发行可转换优先票据募资 4 亿美元，本次发行预计将于 2026 年 6 月 9 日左右完成，但需满足市场及其他交割条件，募集资金将用于支付相关封顶认购（capped call）交易成本及一般企业用途，包括数据中心建设的长期设备订金和信用担保，若承销商行使增发权，部分净收益将用于额外封顶认购交易，其余用于公司一般用途。
