智通财经APP讯，安贤园中国(00922)发布公告，公司的间接全资附属公司浙江安贤陵园有限责任公司(浙江安贤园)近来就一般税务审计接获国家税务总局杭州市税务局稽查局发出的税务通知书。截至本公布日期，根据集团的初步评估，浙江安贤园应付的追加税项估计约为8900万港元。
受追加税项的财务影响所致，董事会谨此知会股东及公司潜在投资者，集团预期将由截至2025年3月31日止年度取得净溢利约5230万港元转为本年度取得净亏损约1.13亿港元至约1.2亿港元，较去年同比减少约1.65亿港元至1.72亿港元，主要归因于以下因素：
追加税项：确认上述追加税项约8900万港元;
清缴过往增值税：公司若干中国附属公司就2020年6月1日至2025年3月31日期间补缴增值税，金额约为1300万港元;
毛利减少：毛利减少约4700万港元，主要由于本年度墓位的平均单位售价下跌约20%;及
就商誉及非金融资产确认的减值亏损于本年度约为1600万港元。
