盈利端数据呈现阶段性承压，当期GAAP净亏损1.389亿美元，较去年同期1260万美元大幅走阔。本次亏损扩大并非主营业务恶化，主要源于公司股价上行带动认股权证重估，产生1.065亿美元非现金账面损失。剔除特殊因素后，公司经营基本面保持稳健，仅出现小幅调整后EBITDA亏损，盈利能力整体可控。
