知情人士透露，摩根大通正在招聘野村控股国际AI策略主管；这家华尔街银行正在加紧招募AI专家以提高生产力。

　　据知情人士透露，驻新加坡的Tahir Zafar在2023年底加入野村，预计将在“园艺假”（gardening leave）结束后于7月左右正式上任。由于涉及未公开细节，这些知情人士要求匿名。根据Zafar的领英信息，他于2025年3月晋升至目前的职位。 

　　据知情人士透露，Zafar进入摩根大通后，将成为亚太区首席数据和分析官Deep Thomas领导的区域团队一员。 Thomas于2025年8月从任职四年的野村离职。

　　摩根大通和野村证券的发言人都拒绝置评。Zafar未回复置评请求。

　　首席执行官杰米‧戴蒙上个月在接受采访时表示，随着AI技术加速普及，这家华尔街巨头未来可能会雇用更多AI专家，减少传统银行家的招聘。
