智通财经APP讯，新焦点(00360)公布，于2026年6月7日，纽福克斯科技(上海)(公司拥有45%权益的附属公司)与承建商(由江苏中致及中建叁局第叁建设工程共同组成的承建商联合体)订立协议，据此，承建商应于青浦区进行智能制造基地建设的建造工程以及设备采购及安装，对价为约人民币5.8亿元。
据悉，项目工期480天，智能制造基地位于青浦区的该土地上，总建筑面积约74,377.67平方米，其中将包括1号车间、生活╱配套设施、2号车间、1号智能工厂大楼、2号智能工厂大楼、门卫室、消防控制室、自行车╱摩托车棚、配套仓库、停车大楼、开闭所及外部场地工程。
