消息面上，大陆航空科技控股发布公告，同意出售全资附属公司Motto Investment Limited的全部已发行股本，目标集团主要经营通用航空飞机活塞发动机业务，预计出售代价介于5亿美元至5.2亿美元之间。董事会建议，出售代价将全数以出售事项特别股息分派，并在交割后申请撤销其股份上市地位。
