　　大摩发布研报称，相信华润万象生活（01209）未来30天股价上升，发生机率料80%以上。主要是因为股票近期已明显回落，令短期估值大幅更具吸引力。评级增持，目标价55.47港元。

　　该行认为市场对华润万象同店销售增长可能放缓过度担忧，原因是近月奢侈品及黄金销售较弱。该行认为公司相对具免疫力，因过去几年已大幅提升在中低端消费以及二线及顶级三线城市的曝光度，预计仍能达到指引的高单位数同店销售增长，估计5月为中单位数，相比首四个月的约10%同比增长，并实现今年介乎约11%至14%的每股盈利增长，主要受惠于持续的市场份额提升、新商场开业，以及营运杠杆带来的利润率扩张。
